One address, read by a person.
Alert emails come from notify@wheretoswim.eu, which is send-only — replies to it are not read.
Worth knowing before you write
A spot’s status looks wrong. We republish what the monitoring body publishes and recheck hourly, so a disagreement usually means their feed has moved and ours has not caught up yet, or the agency itself is showing something different. Tell us which spot and what you are seeing, and we will check both.
A pin is in the wrong place, or a spot is missing. These are the most useful reports we get. Some well-known beaches are absent from every official feed because they are not designated bathing waters.
Data or licensing questions. Sources, licences and limitations are set out in how we know. Anything that page does not answer, ask.
Privacy requests. Access, deletion or withdrawing consent — see the privacy policy. If it is an alert you want stopped, the unsubscribe link in any of our emails is instant.
Not an emergency service
We are a website, and nobody watches this address around the clock. If someone is in trouble in the water, call 999 or 112 and ask for the Coastguard.
